Ethics & Compliance Code

Doris Engenharia, all employees and stakeholders should commit to:

  • Respect for life in all its forms, expressions and situations and quality of life, health and safety of all employees;
  • Promote awareness of its employees about the importance of the environment and thus count on the commitment of all for its conservation, protection and recovery;
  • Honesty and integrity, justice, equity, consistency between theory and practice in Doris’s relationships with people and institutions;
  • Respect for differences and diversity of ethnic, social position, cultural, religious, political, physical, mental and psychological disability, sexual orientation and others;
  • Protection of confidentiality of technical information to which it has access in the exercise of their professional activities;
  • Confidentiality with personal information, medical and on benefits of employees, which should be restricted to the employees and staff responsible for the custody, maintenance and handling such information;
  • To conduct negotiations in accordance with the highest ethical standards and act in accordance with the law in the performance of their duties;
  • To ensure the interests of shareholders (even if minority), keeping them informed of pertinent and relevant issues of the organization;
  • Maintain a harmoniously and transparent relationship between the company and its suppliers to ensure quality and reliability of contracted services;
  • Do not make use of position, function or influence for the purpose of obtaining any advantage for themselves or others;
  • Restrain, in respect to its competitors and the internal and external public, the use of illegal practices (such as bribery, active or passive corruption in Brazilian and foreign activities, extortion, fraud of any kind, including public competition and bribery) to to obtain commercial advantage.
  • Restrict the use of illegal practices (such as bribery, active or passive corruption in Brazilian and foreign activities, extortion, fraud of any kind, including public competition and bribe) in respect of their competitors and the internal and external public in order to obtain commercial advantages;
  • Participate in all training offered by the company, internal or external;
  • Not to promise, offer or give, directly or indirectly, an undue advantage to a public agent, or the third person related to it;
  • Do not finance, fund, sponsor or subsidize the practice of illegal acts;
  • Do not use interposed individual or legal entity to conceal or disguise their real interests or the identity of the beneficiaries of the acts practiced;
  • Do not impede investigation or inspection of public bodies, entities or agents, or intervene in their performance;
  • Do not defraud bids and contracts with the government.
Doris Engenharia does not support or promote the practice of fraud of any kind.
Doris Engenharia submits this Code of Ethics and Compliance to periodic reviews, with transparency and stakeholder participation.
This code must be sent for the information of shareholders, employees, suppliers and partners in all contracts of Doris Engenharia.
