Quality Policy

DEL is committed to provide the services in compliance with statutory and contractual obligations, through the establishment, implementation and Continuous Improvement of a Quality Management System, based upon requirements of the contracts, the Quality Standard ISO 9001, and DEL internal requirements.

It shall be the responsibility of the Project Management (Project Manager/ Project Coordinator) to arrange for the implementation of a Project Quality Management System. They shall ensure that the Project Quality Plan, responsibilities and methods of working are clearly defined and documented for all members of staff working on the Project.

It shall be the responsibility of the QSMS Manager to monitor the implementation of DEL Quality Management System including necessary audits. This function shall have organizational independence, free from technical and commercial restraints.

The effective operation of the Quality Management System shall be responsibility of everyone, and the quality assurance shall be fundamental to all work carried out by DEL.
